• 🍄 It’s a-me LA,a-Mario!: Nintendo recently released new Downloadable Content (DLC) for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe - Booster Pass. One of the courses is our home, sweet, home. Los Angeles can be found in Wave 6 of the DLC, under Los Angeles Map within Cherry Cup. • 🎭️ LA Premiere of PIPELINE: A review of PIPELINE, which opens Wednesday, August 2nd at 8:00pm, with the show running thru Saturday at 8pm.

• 🍯 Oh, Winnie the Pooh: Culver City’s Shakespeare in The Park replaces Shakespeare with Winnie The Pooh, starting August 5th.

• 🌴 Culture in Beverly Hills: The City of Beverly Hills commences a summer full of culture.

• 🤖 Our next fine in Santa Monica could come from AI: The City of Santa Monica is testing out AI technology that will issue parking tickets for cars parked in bus lanes.

• 🕹️ Skims takes over Hollywood’s WeWork: The famous shapewear and clothing company, Skims, owned by Kim Kardashian, is set to occupy the 2nd thru 8th floors of what was once WeWork in Hollywood.

• 🎳 Bowling into a new Santa Monica development: The former bowling alley at 234 Pico Boulevard in Santa Monica is on a roll with its redevelopment plan. The Architectural Review Board gave a thumbs up to aspects of the project last night, which will preserve the iconic 'BOWL' sign on the facade. The new design strikes a balance between honoring the past and embracing the future.

• 🏢 City approves Found Residences: The City Planning Committee approved a fifteen-foot story apartment complex with 45-units. The site is located midway between Sunset and Hollywood Boulevards.

• 🎯 North Hollywood and Ontario get on-target: Target is set to open up two new locations within our area: North Hollywood, 12121 Victory Boulevard, and in Ontario, 1670 East 4th Street.
