• DTLA 🎨 Luna Luna, a long-lost art amusement park, is rising from the ashes and taking over a 60,000-square-foot warehouse space on the outskirts of downtown. The project is backed by both Drake and DreamCrew and will feature live performances, immersive exhibits, and a chance to dive into the park’s history. The park is expected to open this month and last until Spring 2024

• LONG BEACH 🏖️ Two new aerospace companies, AIBOT, an electric vertical take-off and landing firm, and Auriga, a company developing an electric small-satellite launch vehicle, land in Long Beach.

• DOWNEY 🏘️ Thirty-three townhomes planned on Foster Bridge Boulevard in Downey, with construction likely to happen next year
