The city of Los Angeles expects the project to be completed by the end of 2026. In the meantime, the community can look forward to a more vibrant and safe place to live, work, and play.

[ 📺️ CBS to cut late-night talk, ramp up games] CBS is expected to cut back on its late-night talk show, Late Late Show, after a 28-year-run and replace it with Comedy Central's game show, @midnight. This move will not only help the network save costs, but also revive a programming concept that is controlled by its parent company, Paramount Global. When Stephen Colbert jumped from Comedy Central to CBS in 2015, it marked the first time the network had raided Comedy Central for its late-night programming. And it looks like they’re doing it again, as using @midnight would trim some of the frills of the Late Show slot and eliminate tens of millions of dollars in production costs
