  • 🏢 Eagle Rock: An eight-story affordable housing project has been proposed in Eagle Rock. The development, to be designed by JZA Architects, will include 153 one-and-two bedroom with a 46-car parking garage.   • 🛫 Burbank Airport: The Hollywood Burbank Airport is expanding with a $1.2 billion project. The project will revamp an old terminal from the 1930s, making way for fourteen gates to accommodate the ten million annual passengers that fly using Hollywood Burbank Airport.

  • 🇨🇳 Chinatown: The County of Los Angeles wants to build affordable housing on Chinatown parking lot owned by the county. The property is located in the 700 area of N. Spring Street.

  • 🌿 Santa Monica: A recreational cannabis store looks like it will be coming to Wilshire’s 1400 block. The store will be operated by Harvest Trulieve, a Canadian company whose market puts it at a $1.2bn value. The store’s operators say that they plan to open their new cannabis store on Wilshire by March.
