It has been a much better week in comparison to last week. Sending Good Vibes to one another works.

Speaking of Good Vibes, we will have another small release next week. It is a mere upvoting-Reddit style board:

At the start of each month, I will ask about five new questions or ideas. We can upvote and add them to find local trends. These are things that are LA awesome, maybe things we haven't explored within our city:

Bars with Games
Bookstores
Cozy Night Takeouts…etc.
I will also ask for suggestions/topics every month. We will incorporate the winning and appropriate ideas.

Topics and themes will not change until a new month begins. You can't downvote a user's response. Exception being if it is my ex-girlfriend's OnlyFans that she is promoting.

In testing, the board has been super easy to use. And for now, one does not have to be a Curator [newsletter subscriber, though it's free!] to upvote/submit a response.

BEVERLY GROVE + MONTECITO HEIGHTS 🏗️ The Planning Commission approved the development of 59 apartments in Beverly Grove and 22 apartments in Montecito Heights.

EXPANSION FOR AV LINE 🚇️ The Metro Train has left the Antelope Valley Line Station, coming back this weekend, October 23rd, with more service times and additional expansions.

POTTY WITH METRO 🚽 (its late, headline sounded better in my head) - Metro is testing a pilot program that could be a royal flush: public Metro restrooms.
