Plans include new sports fields, rooftop tennis and pickleball courts, a revamped skate park, a universally accessible playground, and a new community recreation center. The four-phase project also adds a covered parking lot, pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, and a walking loop with exercise equipment. TOLUCA LAKE 🏡 A Residential Refresh:

• A five-story, thirteen-unit apartment building is set to rise on Cartwright Avenue, replacing two vacant homes.
