[🇮🇹 It's official: All'Antico Vinaio Sandwich Shop is coming to LA] The famous Italian Sandwich Shop, All'Antico Vinaio, is opening up not one, but two locations within our backyard! The rumors we mentioned when All'Antico Vinaio had a two day Beverly Hills pop-up late last month. As the pop-up went viral on social media, it left this famous shop with a hungering question: maybe two locations? And the answer was yes, with those two locations to be permanent. The exact locations within our city haven’t been released just yet, but our Italian guts tell us that one of the shops will be located in our beloved Koreatown. This popular Italian eatery also draws a crowd back home, so we are thankful that we know how to practice patience, as this is gonna be worth the 405-wait

[⛰️The Hummingbird Trail: a stunning hike for Valentines Day] We can't predict the forecast for this upcoming Tuesday, Valentine's Day, but if the weather cooperates, then we highly recommend The Hummingbird Trail for a romantic Valentine's Day experience. The Hummingbird Trail is a four-mile loop that will take you and yours on a breathtaking journey through the Rocky Peak landscape. As you both make the way up the incline, and get creative with some rock climbing, you will be rewarded with sweeping views, and a secret colorful graffitied cave with a swing inside

[🏡 New protections for renters within the city] Los Angeles City Council unanimously passed renter protections on Tuesday, protecting tenants from excessive rent increases. If landlords impose a rent increase of 10% or 5% plus inflation, they must pay relocation fees to tenants. For a one-bedroom apartment, tenants could receive up to $5,250 in fair market rent, plus $1,411 in moving costs. This addition to the existing rent stabilization rules and state protections will help protect around 84,000 units built since 2008. The law was approved with an urgency clause, however, it will not go into effect immediately due to dissenting votes from John Lee and Traci Park

[☕️ Cofax Coffee brings breakfast burritos to Culver City] Cofax Coffee, one of the Fairfax District’s top breakfast burrito spots, is coming to Culver City in February with a new space at 10868 W. Washington Boulevard, according to Eater Los Angeles. The restaurant is owned by Jason Bernstein and James Starr, who want to make the Culver City outpost bigger and better. The new location has twice the space of the Fairfax spot, so you can expect to find more breakfast burritos and coffee in Culver Cofax. Additionally, Eater reports that the restaurant will add specials and one-off dishes every now and then, plus catering services. You'll also be able to sit down and enjoy a brunch at Culver Cofax

[🏈 Super Bowl Sunday recipes to get you ready for the Big Game] The Big Game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, when the Philadelphia Eagles play the Kansas City Chiefs at State Farm Stadium in Arizona for the coveted Lombardi Trophy. [💰️Super Bowl Sunday is here and Madison Avenue is big spending, spending a Big Gs] Celebrity product pitches date back to the days of leather helmets. But in the increasingly rare air of the Super Bowl commercials have started to overtake the left-field breakouts of the past. With Fox’s telecast commanding a peak level of more than seven-million for 30-second spots, producers and brands are banking on stars in a big way. This weekend's Super Bowl LVII will feature commercials starring Adam Driver, Melissa McCarthy and Miles and Keleigh Teller. Streaming services — a burgeoning category — will feature plugs by Will Ferrell, Natasha Lyonne and Sylvester Stallone. There are also reboots, like Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul re-teaming as their Breaking Bad characters to plug Popcorners, and Brian Cox joining a roster of A-list athletes for a riff on Caddyshack, and Alicia Silverstone leading a full-blown mini-remake of Clueless. Plus, there will be movie trailer spots for ‘The Flash’, ‘Fast X’, ‘Transformers’ and ‘Ant-Man’
