ARROYOFEST 🚲️ *bell chime* *bell chime* a reminder that ArroyoFest is happening this Sunday from 7am to 11am. ArroyoFest, presented by 626 Golden Streets and Metro, is open only to pedestrians, bikers, runners, but not streakers, on the Arroyo Seco Parkway, otherwise known as the 110. The parkway includes portions of historic Route 66 and is one of the oldest freeways in America.

NOON CONCERTS IN GLENDALE 💸 Starting November 1st, The City of Glendale will host concerts at noon. The concerts will take place every first and third Wednesday of each month, from 12:10pm to 12:40pm.

GUARANTEED INCOME 💰️The County of Los Angeles is piloting a program that will guarantee youth in foster homes with $1,000 a month. The program, Breathe, lasts for three years.
